Context

EU companies need product analytics and error tracking, but most tools move personal data to US infrastructure and force a consent banner on every visitor.

What I built

A Go and Kubernetes stack that collects analytics and error data without cookies or personal identifiers, hosted entirely in the EU, multi-tenant from the first release and backed by PostgreSQL.

Where it stands

Running as a commercial product alongside my consulting work, and the platform several of my own projects are built on.

Context

The facility runs shared instruments that visiting research groups book by the hour. Scheduling, sample tracking and data hand-off were handled by separate ad-hoc systems.

What I built

One facility platform: booking and time management, data collection and delivery, Go services talking over gRPC, a Flutter client for use at the instrument and a Next.js web application, all containerised.

Where it stands

In daily use at the Aarhus node by facility staff and visiting researchers.

Context

Namdinator fits atomic models into cryo-EM density maps through molecular dynamics simulation, heavy computation that structural biologists need to run without managing a cluster.

What I built

The web platform in front of it: job submission, queueing onto the compute resources, progress reporting and result delivery.

Where it stands

Used by research groups internationally as a free academic service.
